The relatively young company approached us in spring 2024 and presented its ‘job placement’ concept. However, the term ‘employment agency’ is not really appropriate here.

At LOCAL.WORK, the focus is on personalised advice and holistic support. Individual needs and requirements are discussed in meetings in order to develop the right strategy for successful implementation.

At LOCAL.POINT, the on-site job and career centre, job advertisements can be published via various platforms. In addition, companies are given the opportunity to present themselves to visitors and interested parties with their own exhibition stand and to talk to potential applicants at regularly organised events.

Job seekers are also in good hands with the LOCAL.WORK team. In addition to a wealth of information about companies in the region and their vacancies, they also receive personalised advice and support as well as assistance with the application process.
