Future in electronics – VELOMAT sponsors apprenticeships for electronics technicians for devices and systems

Experience technology. Shape the future. Seize opportunities. 

Since November 2025, VELOMAT Messelektronik GmbH has been involved as a career mentor for the apprenticeship programme for electronics technicians for devices and systems.
With this initiative, we want to get young people excited about technology at an early age – and show them how versatile and future-oriented training in electronics can be. 

As part of this project, our partner Local.Work designed modern information displays that can now be seen in schools in the Bautzen district. They provide insights into everyday working life, present the training content and show what makes working with modern measurement technology so exciting.

Training at VELOMAT is all about precision electronics and innovative measuring systems – from development and construction to testing our devices. Our trainees experience first-hand how circuit diagrams and ideas are turned into real high-tech products that are used worldwide.
