The project "Spätschicht" has become a real crowd-puller in recent years. Numerous interested visitors took the opportunity to take a look behind the scenes of regional companies.

We were also there again and guided our visitors through around 900 m² of production space. Divided into two groups, we took a closer look at both electronics and sensor production.

During the tour, our guests learnt what skills you need to have as a production employee in our company. As manual labour is still required for many work steps, a steady hand, a keen eye and a great deal of dexterity are essential. At the same time, some production processes have been supplemented with state-of-the-art technology in recent years.

In 2024, for example, we invested in a new SMD placement machine and an automatic selective soldering machine. With this combination of manufacturing and modern technology, we ensure that our customers always receive products of the highest quality and maximum reliability.

After the tour, final questions were answered, small goodies were handed out and then it was off on the bus to the next exciting company.

We would like to thank our guests for their interest in our company and the organisers for the successful event. We are already looking forward to the next "Spätschicht" and the exchange with curious visitors.
