Zukunftsnavi 2026 at BSZ Bautzen – We were there!

On 31 January 2026, BSZ Bautzen opened its doors from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. for this year's Zukunftsnavi – an established trade fair focusing on training, studying and dual study programmes. Numerous school pupils took the opportunity to find out about their career prospects at an early stage and talk directly to companies. 

We were also there as exhibitors and can look back on a thoroughly successful day at the fair. At our stand, we welcomed many interested and motivated young people, had exciting conversations and presented our company and our diverse career and entry opportunities. We were particularly pleased with the great interest in practical training paths and dual study models. 

Zukunftsnavi provided an ideal platform for conveying personal impressions, answering questions and making initial contacts for the future. Direct exchange with potential young talent is an important part of our work with young people.
