VELOMAT develops and manufactures sensor technology “Made in Germany” which can be used, amongst other things, to measure the weight of loads, flow rates or temperatures, and to monitor the load limits of machinery. It is used in cranes, lifts, lifting platforms and work platforms, as well as in medical technology and event technology, to name but a few examples.

Our electronics make the measurement data from our sensors usable: measurement amplifiers amplify the signal, displays make it visible, and load monitoring and small-scale control systems analyse it and trigger a response where necessary. In this way, a single measurement value is transformed into a complete measurement system.
Thanks to our in-house development and production, we tailor our sensor technology and electronics to work together seamlessly – providing a complete system from a single source rather than individual components from different manufacturers.
