We are pleased to present our state-of-the-art Z-transducer, which has been specially developed for precise force measurements in various application areas.

Our Z-transducer is based on the principle of compressive and/or tensile force measurement and thus offers a reliable solution for measuring small forces in various industries. From test bench technology to conveyor and lift technology to platform, belt and container scales - our Z-transducer is extremely versatile.

With its Z/S-shaped bending beam and an integrated measuring chamber, our Z-transducer enables simple mounting and force application. The special design in conjunction with the threads on the top and bottom ensures optimum customisation options. You can therefore rely on uncomplicated installation.

To ensure long-lasting and reliable performance, the application area for the strain gauge is moulded with a highly elastic compound. This effectively protects the Z-transducer from chemical and mechanical damage, significantly extending its service life. Our Z-transducer is equipped with a strain gauge full bridge that measures the deformation exerted on the measuring body by compressive and/or tensile forces. By carefully adjusting the bridge balance in the unloaded state, we achieve a high accuracy of approx. ±0.01 mV/V. You can therefore rely on precise measurement results. For maximum flexibility, our Z-transducers are designed for direct connection to controllers or comparator circuits. This means they can be seamlessly integrated into your existing equipment and allow you to integrate them easily. Another highlight is that the shield of the supply cable is not connected to the surface of the force transducer. This means optimum shielding and minimises potential interference to provide you with accurate and reliable measurement results.
