The application area of the strain gauges is encapsulated with a highly elastic compound and thus effectively protected against chemical and mechanical damage. The split strain gauge full bridge precisely detects the deformation exerted on the transducer by bending forces. Thanks to a bridge balance that is adjusted to approx. ±0.01 mV/V in the unloaded state, we guarantee reliable measurement accuracy. Our bending beams are designed for seamless integration with amplifiers that amplify the measurement signal to a user-specific level. In addition, the shield of the supply cable is not connected to the surface of the force transducer to minimize potential interference and optimize signal quality.
