Measuring amplifiers

Our measurement amplifiers process the signals from connected strain gauge sensors and convert them into a current or voltage signal that can be transmitted directly to control systems, controllers or data loggers.

Analogue measurement amplifiers are suitable for applications where there are significant distances between the measurement point and the point where the measured values are processed. They are factory-set to match the sensitivity of the respective sensor and are supplied pre-calibrated; on site, the calibration can be fine-tuned using potentiometers if required. The output signal is 4–20 mA or 0–10 V.

Digital signal conditioners can process up to four sensors simultaneously and can be connected to a computer via USB. They offer digital filtering of measured values, a configurable setting that can be saved, and the option to log measured values directly as a CSV file – the firmware can be updated via USB.
