An important part of our production is the assembly of electronic components. This includes conventional SMD assembly and mixed assembly - from prototypes to series production.
The combination of state-of-the-art technology and manual labour enables us to supply our customers with high-quality products and meet strict standards.
Each electronic assembly is inspected by our experienced employees and reworked if necessary. Where the human eye is no longer sufficient, modern microscopes and automatic optical inspection (AOI) are available for inspection.
Assembly of printed circuit boards and module production:
We have been using a new, more efficient machine for this since October 2024. This impresses with its modular design and large placement area, which enables flexible adaptation to different production requirements. With a wide range of components from 0201 chips to FP components with a 0.3 mm pitch and BGAs, it expands the possibilities in the production of complex assemblies.
Another advantage is the reduction of changeover times to a minimum. This is achieved by up to 284 feed positions and intelligent software, which leads to significantly higher productivity. The placement capacity of the new machine is up to 6000 components per hour, compared to 4000 components per hour with the previous machine.
In addition, the new Smart FEEDERs are equipped with a microprocessor control, so the machine always knows the quantity, component and position of the feeder.
This investment in state-of-the-art technology makes it possible to reduce changeover times between projects enormously and to process with the usual high quality. This upgrade marks a significant step towards even more efficient and flexible electronics production.
