In addition to the development and production of sensors, VELOMAT Messelektronik GmbH also offers the corresponding calibration services. Not only VELOMAT sensors are calibrated in our calibration laboratory, but also sensors from other manufacturers.
For force sensors and force measuring systems, the range 1 - 500 kN is available for calibrations of tensile forces, compressive forces and tensile and compressive forces. Other force ranges on request.
Calibrations are carried out in accordance with DIN EN ISO 376 or DAkkS-DKD-R 3-9 and are traceable to national standards. Our calibration certificate fulfils the requirements of DIN EN ISO 17025.
A calibration order includes the following work:
1. visual inspection of the test specimen
2. preliminary inspection according to DIN EN ISO 376, section 7.1.1
3. calibration of the sensor / measuring system
4. creation of the calibration certificate
No intervention in the sensor / measuring system is carried out during this work. If the measured value is outside the tolerance, we will also be happy to carry out the adjustment in consultation with you.
With our calibrations, you fulfil the requirements of the relevant quality management standards.
