We produce ATEX / IECEx assemblies with intrinsic safety, encapsulation and increased safety types of protection, certified and monitored by PTB Braunschweig. Specially equipped assembly and mounting workstations, systems for processing potting compounds and well-trained and experienced employees are available for this purpose.

Development and production of sensors and measurement electronics for potentially explosive environments 

We have been developing and manufacturing ATEX/IECEx-approved products since 2004. We develop electronic components and sensors in accordance with the specific requirements of various types of ignition protection for Zones 0, 1, 2 and 22, and support you every step of the way – from the initial idea right through to approval by a notified body such as PTB, TÜV, BAM or IBExU.

• Carrying out the necessary tests during development on our high-performance environmental simulation systems and test benches
• Preparation of the certification documentation and management of the entire process with the notified body

We can either support you with the product approval in your name or we can carry out the approval directly in our name. Our development and production experience ranges from measurement and control systems for petrochemical tank systems to force measurement and overload protection systems in the chemical and process engineering industries. The majority of our force, torque and strain transducers are also available as ATEX / IECEx versions.
