Important information about the putting through of the ElektroG within VELOMAT:

RoHS:

it contains the Restriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances in electrical and electronic equipment according to the EC Directive 2002/95/EC
valid as of 2006-07-01

At present the category 9 (monitor and control instruments) (still) is excepted from the application area of the RoHS Directive!

Corresponding preparations are nevertheless going on for our part to the protection against the RoHS conformity of our complete, custom-designed production, to be able to manage a gradual putting into action.

We like to provide you with further information about this subject in our enterprise of course!

WEEE:

it contains the Waste of Electrical and Electronic Equipment according to the EC Directive 2002/96/EC
registration obligation as of 2005-11-24:
- our registration number at the Stiftung Elektro-Altgeräte Register:
WEEE-Reg.-Nr. DE 72312430
- device cluster registered: category 9 (monitor and control instruments)
- device type registered: B2B (exclusively commercial use)
The registration under the trademark "VELOMAT" and device type of "B2B" was completed successfully.

A disposal obligation stands up for all registered equipment which is taken to circulation after 2006-03-23 by us.

A registration of electronic moduls isn't required according to the statements in the ElektroG and among the Stiftung-EAR!
