The force transducer works according to the strength measuring principle on a transverse basis to the longitudinal axis.
The DSKA-30 is designed for application at conveyor scales, but can also be used for measuring the powers applied on machine parts, levers, axles, pulleys etc.
The device has been designed as two beams with measuring cells. The symmetrical construction allow a simple assembly. On the outsides be available for this respectively a M10 screw thread and inside two lowered boreholes for M10 screw threads.
The measuring cell for the strain gauge has been cast with a hight-elastic compound and is thus protected against mechanical or chemical damages.
The strain gauge bridges measure the caused deformation in every measuring cell. An or two integrated amplifier (connection to the DSKA-30 with approx. 0,5 m of cables) gives a measuring signal between 1 and 9 mA or between 4 and 20 mA. The measuring signals can be evaluete individuel or together. The calibration is carried out by use of a resistor, parallel connected with a strain gauge bridge (software calibration).
The DSKA-30 is assigned for the direct coupling to an automatic control or a controlling switch.
