The load pin works according to the strength measuring principles on a transverse basis to the longitudinal axis.
The SKL-80 was developed especially for use at hydraulics cylinders by work platforms, cranes and other mechanical force measurement on working platforms.
It is designed as a round bolt with two measuring cells. Three screw threads M8 each, at the end walls, serve the fastening. Two bag drillings in the bolt middle with a diameter of 10 mm are for the specification by maggot screws, for example, provided.
The measuring cell for the strain gauge has been cast with a high-elastic compound and is thus protected against mechanical or chemical damages.
The strain gauge bridges measure the deformation caused by clipping strengths on the bolt in the measuring cell. An integrated amplifier per measuring cell gives a measuring signal between 4 and 20 mA or between 1 and 9 mA impressed current. The signals can be evaluated one by one or together.
The calibration is carried out by use of a resistor, parallel connected with a strain gauge bridge (software calibration).
The SKL-80 is assigned for the direct coupling to an automatic control or a controlling switch.
