The KWZ-70 is suitable for measuring of tension forces.

Greater tractions can be included among others at lifts, cranes, gondolas as well as at braced of masts, towers, platforms etc.

The plate load cell KWZ-70 are executed as a double traction element. It has on both sides a borehole with 26 mm of diameters for a simple assembly with bolts or similar. About this one as accessories available clevis is possible simply putting in to load hooks, crabs, eyes, chain-links or other stop means.

The application room for the strain gauge is locked with metal pieces as well as sealed up and therefore protected from mechanical and chemical damages.

The strain gauge bridges measure the deformation caused by plate load cell in the measuring cell. An integrated amplifier delivers a measuring signal between 1 and 9 mA or between 4 and 20 mA impressed current. The calibration is carried out by use of a resistor, parallel connected with a strain gauge bridge (software calibration).

The KWZ-70 is assigned for the direct coupling to an automatic control or a controlling switch.
