The load pin works according to the principle of the clipping strength measuring crossways to the longitudinal axis.

The SKL-35 was developed as a measuring axis for the measuring of strengths at machine parts, levers, hydraulics cylinders in cranes and in the conveyor technology.

It is exported as a round bolt with two measuring chambers. A notch of 6,5 mm of breadth and 5,6 mm of depth serves for the fastening.

The application room for the strain gauge (dms) is spilled with a very elastic mass and therefore protected from mechanical and chemical damages.

The DMS-full bridge distributed this one on the measuring chambers measures the deformation which is caused by clipping strengths on the bolt.

The bridge balance is on coordinated approx. ±0,01 mV / V in the unloaded state.

The SKL-35 is provided for the connection to an amplifier.
